I began my career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016 after graduating from Trillium College, and I’ve been passionate about helping people feel their best ever since.
My approach to treatment is very client-focused. I take the time to understand your individual needs and tailor each session to support your goals — whether that’s relieving tension, recovering from injury, or simply taking time to relax and reset.
While I have a strong foundation in Swedish massage, I also incorporate a variety of techniques such as instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), muscle stripping, cupping, and targeted compressions. My style is generally firm, focused, and therapeutic, but I always adjust pressure and techniques to your comfort level.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, which has helped me build a well-rounded and adaptable approach to care. I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard.
My practice is dedicated to providing a safe, affirming, and respectful environment for everyone. We operate on principles of body positivity, weight neutrality, and gender affirmation.
